Return, Refund, Exchange and Warranty Policy

Returns

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your Arvo purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@arvopickleball.com for processing of the request. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, model or color, please follow the return process for the original item and carefully coordinate with our Customer Service team.  You may only exchange items that are equal to or less than the cost of the original item/s purchased. We will process the return of your original item and issuance of the new product in alignment with our policy. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs associated to the exchange. Warranty

Arvo is dedicated to providing onlyhigh-quality products. Our paddles come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not extend to damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or regular wear and tear.

Should you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, please contact our  Customer Service team at help@arvopickleball.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if determined to be valid, will repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
