Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped from the Philippines within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (Philippines): 3-7 business days

  • North America (USA, Canada, Mexico): 7-14 business days

  • Europe: 7-14 business days

  • Asia: 5-12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days

  • Middle East & Africa: 10-21 business days

  • Latin America & Other Regions: 10-25 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Customs, Duties & Taxes
